Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Domestic Shipping (Philippines) Free shipping is available for qualifying orders within the Philippines Standard delivery: 3–7 business days We ship to all provinces and islands via our partner couriers (J&T Express, LBC, Ninja Van, etc.) Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available for select areas within the Philippines. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location (typically 10–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
